Hotel rates are per room based on a maximum occupancy of two adults.

We accept all the universally accepted credit cards during the booking process such as MasterCard, JCB, Visa, Amex and Union Pay.

Our hotel uses SSL secure encryption to ensure that all your personal information and credit card details are kept confidential. The security of information is very important for us. For added security, guests are requested to present the credit card used in the online booking/purchase of accommodation together with personal identification (ID card or passport) upon check-in. Should you wish to not submit your credit card information online, we are pleased to accept payment via secured online payment system.

Check-in time is 2:00 pm. Check-out time is 12:00 noon

Is it possible to check-in earlier?

Yes, it is subject to room availability. To guarantee the room, we require one night charge to reserve room.

What is the charge for late check-out?

Late check-out is subject to room availability and the charges are as followed: Check out 6 pm, the hotel requires to charge half day price. Check out after 6 pm, the hotel requires to charge full price.

How do I cancel my hotel reservation without a charge?

Please refer to the cancellation policy in your booking confirmation.

Can I check-in if the booking is under some else’s name?

For security reason, the hotel does not permit check in under different name from the booking unless provided with sufficient information prior to arrival.

Can I make a booking on behalf of another person but pay it with my own credit cards?

Yes, you can. We will send you the credit card authorization form and require copy of credit card, front and back as well as copy of your passport or ID card for verification.

Do you have any special packages for honeymoons and anniversaries?

Absolutely. Please let us know in advance and we shall prepare accordingly, be it birthday celebration, honeymoon or wedding anniversary. Our special set up usually include flower and cake.

King size is 6*6.5 feet and each of our single bed is 3.5*6.5 feet

What is the hotel’s policy regarding children?

A child below 12 years old can share existing bed with their parents on complimentary basis. Should an extra bed is required for your child, will be THB 1,500 per night inclusive of breakfast. Additional breakfast for adult and child over 12 years old is at THB 650, aged 5-11 is half price and child under 5 years old is free of charge.

Does the hotel provide baby-sitting services?

Yes, we do provide baby-sitting service. At least one day booking in advance is strongly recommended. Additional charge is required for this service.

Are baby cots available?

Yes, they are available at complimentary basis. We recommend you let us know in advance to pre-book the cot, especially during high seasons

Where is the breakfast served and at what time?

The breakfast is served at our all-day dining restaurant - Prime - on 7th floor, serving from 6.00 am till 10.30 am. (Mon-Fri) and till 11.00 am. (Sat-Sun)

How many restaurants do you have and what are they?

We have 5 restaurants and bars. Prime, all-day dining restaurant on 7th floor, Prime+ urban grill restaurant and bar on 7th floor, Liquid pool bar on 8th floor, Mojjo Rooftop Lounge & Bar on 32nd floor, and Vanilla Sky Rooftop Bar on 35th floor. Apart from these, we also have an outsourced Japanese restaurant - Ten Show - on the ground floor.

Is vegetarian food available in the restaurant?

Yes, vegetarian food is available at the restaurant.

Is the food served in the restaurant halal?

The restaurant is not Halal restaurant but we can serve Halal food on request. Please let our colleague know in advance.

Do you have 24 hours room service?

Yes, we have 24-hour room service. Simply scan QR code on the menu to order. Our menu is available in both English and Chinese languages.

Do you have non-smoking rooms?

Yes, we do have non-smoking rooms.

Which room types have a smoking room option available?

Grand Premier, Grand Executive, Club Premier, Club Grand Premier and Club Executive rooms as well as the SkyView Executive Suite all have smoking room options available.

Is smoking permitted in any of the hotel premises ?

Smoking rooms are available on specified floors. Hotel provides public smoking areas as well.

Do you have twin, triple and quadruple rooms?

We have twin bed rooms. Triple occupancy will be twin beds with an extra bed while quadruple will be only if you book connecting rooms.

Do you have connecting rooms?

All of our connecting rooms are king bed connect with twin bed room. We have connecting Grand Premier rooms, connecting Club Grand Premier rooms and lastly Family connecting suite which combines Skyview Executive Suite with Grand Premier twin bed room.

What is the cost of an extra bed?

Our extra bed is THB 1,500 net per night, available in every room type apart from Premier room and SkyView Grand Suite.

Can I have two extra beds in my room? Any additional charge?

Maximum 1 extra bed can be available in room, the cost will be THB 1,500 per night

Is there an additional charge for visitors?

No, we do not charge for visitors. However, identification is required for security purpose.

What television channels are available in the rooms?

We have more than 20 TV channels available in languages range from Thai, English, Japanese, Chinese to French.

Are tea- and coffee-making facilities, and shampoo and shower gel, available in every room?

Yes. Including conditioner as well.

General Information

What is the length & width of your pool?

Our swimming pool measures at 30*15 metre. We have also jacuzzi pool and children pool.

How far is the property from the airport and do you provide airport transfers? And if so, what is the cost?

The hotel is a 30-40-minute drive from Suvarnabhumi International Airport and a 45-50-minute drive from Don Mueang International Airport. Limousine airport transfer is available upon advance booking. The price starts from THB 1,700 per car per way. Van is also available. Please contact our reservation team to arrange the service for you.

How much is an airport taxi or limousine?

Depending on the traffic condition, taxi to and from airport ranges from THB 350-550 per way, including toll fee. You should pay cash directly to taxi driver. Only a handful of taxi drivers can accept online payment via QR code or app. If you do not have any Thai currency cash on hand at the time, please reconfirm with taxi driver before beginning the journey.

Can luggage be store at the property whilst I travel elsewhere?

We accept baggage storage at the hotel for guests who have a return hotel booking. Note that there are adequate and secure baggage storage available in both airports for your convenience. You can also find luggage deposit counters in major shopping malls around town.

What is the weather like at the different times of the year?

Bangkok being a tropical city, weather is warm throughout the year with April and May being especially hot and sticky. June to September are cooler months (24-28c) as it is rainy season. The most pleasant time of year is October to February, where temperatures range from 25-28c with light breezes and only occasional shower.

Is the tap water safe to drink?

It is not recommended to drink tap water in Thailand. Two complimentary bottles of water is supplied to your room daily.

Is there a doctor on call?

Yes, there is. Kindly contact the Front Desk staff for assistance.

How far is the nearest hospital?

Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital is the closet one-stop-service hospital located at Sukhumvit Soi 49. It is approximately 15-20 minutes drive from the hotel. Bumrungrad Hospital on Sukhumvit Soi 3 is 20-25 minutes drive from the hotel.

Where is the nearest bank or currency exchange?

The hotel has two ATM machines in our vicinity. The nearest full-service banks are located in Emporium Department store and EmQuarier Department store.

What time do banks open?

Business hours are from 8:00 am or 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Banks in department stores are open 10:00 am-9:00 pm or 11:00 am-10:00 pm, seven days a week.

What is the voltage is used in Thailand?

The voltage in Thailand is 220 volt. We do have universal plugs in room but please kindly prepare your own voltage convertor should you use 110 volt devices.

Do you have special facilities and services available for guests with disabilities?

Yes, we have handicapped room and wheelchair available.

Is the hotel safe and located in a safe area of the town?

We are located in a bustling area of Bangkok city center, near major shopping centers and public transportation. It is safe around the hotel.

It is a two-minute walk to Phrom Phong Sky Train station.

Are the shopping centers nearby?

Yes, Emporium is located next to the hotel while EmQuartier is located only two-minute walk from the hotel.

How far is the property from well-known entertainment spots?

Our location is only two-minute walk to Phrom Phong BTS station and the shopping area. Please ask our concierge team for their favourite spots that are a must to visit whist in Bangkok.
